Breakfast:

Snack:

Lunch:
4 sticks probin. Since there is no search results lets just say its like eating 1/2 piece fried chicken at 123 calories.
3 Cream-o cookies at 140 calories

Snack:
2 small nagaraya at 75 calories
3 quaker oatmeal cookies at 126.36

Dinner:
1/2 cup rice at 102 calories
1 serving chicken adobong atay at 234 calories

Snack:
1 cup coffee at 70 calories with
3 spoons oatmeal at 30 calories


Running total of 1,150.36 calories
