Day 15 - Reverse Diabetes Challenge

I had my weight measured today and I'm already 186.4 pounds today. I'm so happy with my weight. I started at 193 lbs now I'm at 186.4 lbs. I lost 6.6 lbs in 2 weeks. Success breeds enthusiasm and confidence. I'm really motivated to continue my diet and even improve my performance and quality of food intake. Just don't include what I had for breakfast in the quality of food intake.



Breakfast was 2 spoons cookies and cream at 174 calories, 1 ice candy at 105 calories, 1 cheese sandwich at 138 calories. Lunch was 1/4 piece fish at 62.8 calories and 2 pandesal at 66.6 calories.

My total calorie consumption for breakfast and lunch is at a total of 546.4 calories.

I didn't know it was my niece's birthday. So I went to the mini celebration and controlled my eating. I only had one serving of spaghetti at 220 calories, 1 serving of giniling at 311 calories and 2 spoons of biko at 152 calories. Bringing my dinner calories intake to 683.

My total calorie intake for today was 1,229.4 calories against 1,128 calories per day to lose 3 pounds. I am over my limit by 101.4 calories. Against 1,681 calories burned at rest, I am over by 451.6 calories.
