Day 28 - Reverse Diabetes Challenge

Breakfast was 1 serving lechon paksiw at 210 calories. Snack was 6 spoons ice cream at 157.5 calories and 1 small pack peanuts at 32.5 calories. Lunch was 1 can sardines at 98 calories. Snack was 1 small mr chips at 170 calories.

Running total of 668.

It's my niece's birthday and we will have a party later at Mamay Inn Resort. Need I say....there's a lot of FOOD again. I hope I can control mysel later.
