For breakfast I had 1/4 cup rice at 56 calories and 1 can sardines at 40 calories. Lunch was 1 cheese sandwich at 138 calories. Snacks was 1 pack of peanuts at 150 calories. Dinner was 1
Twister
at 550 calories. Total of 934 calories for today.
