Dinner was 1/2 cup of rice at 102 calories, 1 piece of fish tinola ata 175 calories. Snack of 1/8 ice candy at 13.25 calories, 1/4 fried chicken at 80 calories and 1 nagaraya nuts at 35 calories and 1 cheese sandwich at 138 calories
Running total at 1,697.25 calories against 1,337 calories daily to lose 2 pounds. I am over 360.25 calories. Against my BMR of 1,692 calories I am over 5.25 calories.
