Day 22 and Week 3 - Reverse Diabetes Challenge

Arrgghhh. Those parties caught up to me. I gained 1 pound this week instead of losing weight. At least I gained .8 in muscle mass. My body water improved as well as my metabolic age. Here's my measurements:

I'm not satisfied at all. I will measure myself again this Friday and make Friday's as my measuring date.

For breakfast today I ate 1 replacement meal at 100 calories, 1 cookie at 48 calories, 1/4 pork chop at 66.5 calories. For lunch I had 1 shawarma at 284 calories and 1/2 pack nuts at 75 calories. Total of 573.40 calories.

For dinner I ate 1 serving pusit at 121 calories, 1/2 cup of rice at 102 calories and 2 sticks of probin which I estimate at 100 calories. Total for dinner is 323 calories.

Making my total calories consumed at 896.4 calories
